Monitoring Systems

For monitoring important physiologic parameters, we offer our VitaGuard® family of monitors.

VitaGuard® Product Family of Vital Signs Monitors

Three models are available:
  • VitaGuard® VG 3100 monitors heart rate, respiration and arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2)

  • VitaGuard® VG 2100 monitors heart rate and respiration

  • VitaGuard® VG 310 pulse oximeter monitors pulse rate and arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2)

VitaGuard® Family

VitaGuard®'s high-resolution LCD display allows intuitive operation and visual control of the settings, physiological parameters, waveforms and alarm situations. An alarm is triggered if the parameters go above or below the set limits. All the data and waveforms are recorded before, during and after an event and can be viewed on the VitaGuard® display direct or on a PC using the VitaWin® analysis software. If there is insufficient electrode or sensor contact, a technical alarm is triggered.

Identifying Risks - Reducing Risks

There are many risk groups, ranging from newborns to elderly people, which require constant monitoring of their physiological parameters as part of their medical care. getemed's VitaGuard® monitors provide the possibility of safely and effectively monitoring vital signs in both home and clinical environments.

Greater Security and Quality of Life for your Patients

Telemedicine offers new opportunities, especially in two areas: an increase in the patients' quality of life and improved utilisation of medical staff skills. The new VitaGuard® monitors from getemed contribute to these goals. As a pioneer in this field, getemed develops, produces and distributes mobile health care solutions for monitoring risk patients in most situations. Data requests and online monitoring can be flexibly integrated into the individual daily planning.

BabyGuard®: Innovation prize for first generation of baby monitors

Masimo SET®

VitaGuard® VG 3100 and VitaGuard® VG 310 feature Masimo SET® technology, which allows reliable monitoring of arterial oxygen saturation, even during motion or low perfusion.

Clinical comparison tests show that Masimo SET® registers considerably more true alarms and fewer false alarms during motion.
